Quality control and accreditation at Jonarve

In order to build long term relationships, we place a great emphasis on meeting our customer’s quality and service requirements. Our robust internal production and quality control (QC) procedures have been audited and approved by many of our existing customers & external bodies.

We have effective production control systems in place and our well-established quality control systems give full batch traceability. When required, microbiological tests are carried out by an ISO/UKAS accredited independent laboratory.

We maintain full filling records for customer and Trading Standards inspection and have a range of calibrated on-line testing equipment to check weight, cap torques, crimp integrity etc.

All our line operatives are permanent, full time, employees. This enables us to maintain comprehensive training records for each employee, thereby ensuring that, through constant vigilance and attention to detail, the highest quality standards are maintained.

We take huge pride in the fact that we have great retention of line operatives, many of whom have extremely long service. This means that they understand our customers’ requirements and have built a wealth of product knowledge to support our formal quality programme. 

We have achieved Grade AA accreditation to the British Retail Consortium Global Standard. This audit approved our management systems, risk management, site standards, product control, product conformity, process control, and personnel and training procedures.
